About Rajesh Gohil

After studying in Nottingham on academic construction, Rajesh gained a BSc (Hons) in Residential Development alongside two Diplomas in Architecture and Energy. His determination and eagerness to become the best in the field, meant that soon after graduating, Rajesh was awarded the “Best Integrated Project” from Cala Homes back in 2002.

Rajesh also holds a wide range of qualifications from The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds a Fellow status with the Chartered Association of Building Engineers and with this in mind he brings a wealth of experience to Inspect Property which he founded in 2007.

Inspect Property has worked with many national companies including Carlsberg UK, Gas de France, Insolvency Service, NEMA Airport, HM Prisons, National Grid and Dunelm Mills to name a few in property management roles.

Rajesh has served on the UK RICS Matrics Board and previously, as the Local Leicestershire RICS Matrics Chair. He has been awarded by the Elite Surveying Circle (The 1913 Wilderness Club) three times for his National and Local efforts for RICS awareness in 2015, 2016 and 2017. He was awarded Winner of Business Achievement Awards in 2015 by the Leicester Business Diversity Award.

Currently Rajesh is Vice Chairman of the Leicestershire RICS LA and serves as a board trustee for the homeless charity Emmaus Leicestershire.
